Started in 1954 by Late Mr. Jawahar Lal Bhatia (1930 - 2016) as a brokerage and Commission Agency, Eastern Agencies Aromatics Pvt. Ltd. today leads the market in Indian Imports

The formative years were spent in trading in Saccharines & Perfumery Raw materials & Essential Oils.
The opening up of the Indian Economy gave Eastern an opportunity to begin direct imports of these products.
In 1985, the Late Mr. Sushil Bhatia (1965 - 2019) joined the company and was at the helm of the company as the Chief Executive Officer for over 34 years.
The Company today has extensive dealings with all major Aroma Chemicals Manufacturers including China as well as with major essential oil producing countries.
